Staff acknowledged the requests and said they would provide a combined written response and a summary with detail on vendor participation rates. As staff told the committee, “We'll respond in writing,” and later, “we'll give you full detail in that summary.”
The items were moved, seconded and carried in committee; staff noted that specific contracts and project-level costs will return to council when particular projects are brought forward, since term agreements are framework contracts that do not guarantee immediate work or exact dollar amounts.
