City staff outline scope, timeline for municipal building basement renovations

Daryl Hennessy, the staff presenter on the item, said the packet includes the first reading to award the contract to the lowest bidder, identified in the packet as Sederland, and outlined the work the contractor would perform. “This is about 20% below what we had budgeted, for the renovations,” Hennessy said.
