The project is intended to replace fixtures and finishes installed decades ago: “I believe from, the first half of it, or almost half, was done in the 70s. And then the addition in the back was done in the 80s,” said Dave Johnson, Sun City West capital improvements project manager. Johnson said crews are removing much of the existing interior and will install a new floor, paint, ceiling and refaced cabinets.
