The board moved, seconded and voted to authorize the chair to sign the application and designate a project manager to work with the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. No grant award amount or match requirement was provided during the meeting.
The board did not finalize a contractor, budget or construction timeline at the meeting. The project will proceed to the grant review process; board members said residents may still see plans and provide input as the proposal advances.
