Subcommittees noted their next in-person meeting is not until September and that summer work will proceed via email and smaller meetings; staff and commissioners said they will coordinate with Bibbios and David on logistics and partner outreach. Commissioners encouraged continuing outreach at farmers markets and community events to distribute brochures and promotional materials.
No formal votes were taken; subcommittees will return with more developed plans in the fall.
