The report was delivered during new-business updates at the committee's June 6 meeting; committee members did not take a separate formal vote on the trial board outcome during the open session. The committee did not identify the officer by name during the public portion of the meeting.
The committee said the May 14 trial board was the only such proceeding since the committee's May 2 meeting.
