The Cochise County Library District approved two consent items during a brief meeting Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 10 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Hearing Room in Bisbee.
The board moved and voted to accept consent items 1 and 2 without discussion. The motion passed after the two supervisors present voiced "aye"; one supervisor was absent, according to roll call.
Supervisor Crosby (District 1) and Supervisor Gomez (District 2) were present for roll call. Supervisor Antonori (District 3) was not present. The meeting chair asked for a motion; the chair moved to accept consent items 1 and 2. A second was indicated but not identified on the record. The chair then called for the question, the two present supervisors responded "aye," and the chair stated the motion passed.
At the start of the meeting the clerk noted remote-access and public-attendance procedures pursuant to Arizona law; the notice referenced Arizona Revised Statutes §38-431.02(H) and provided Microsoft Teams and phone dial-in information for remote participation, including the telephone numbers 602-609-75134 and (888) 680-6714 and Conference ID 750944462. The clerk also said the public may have physical access beginning 15 minutes before the meeting.
The library district meeting concluded immediately after the consent vote and the agenda moved on to the Cochise County Flood Control District meeting.
