Staff told the board the task order is the same money and deliverables as the prior year but with a key change: the funding agency will only reimburse documented expenditures rather than providing quarterly advances. A department representative explained the county will submit receipts for reimbursement up to the $68,642 task-order limit.
A motion to approve the task order passed by roll call with unanimous approval. Staff said the contract would be transmitted to the commissioners electronically for signature and that the treasurer’s or finance office would track reimbursements and reporting.
