Zach Rounds and Loreen (Loreen) Tan explained the amendments and public‑comment record: the board adopted the resolution by roll call vote; board members Nicole Morgan, Laurel Firestone, Vice Chair Doreen D'Adamo and Chair Esquivel each voted “Aye.”
