Staff noted contractors and city staff coordinated alternate truck access to Jumbo’s supply dock during construction. Commissioners asked about prior schedule delays; staff explained some utility conflicts occurred when utilities were installed after initial clearance checks, requiring adjustments. One commissioner asked sidewalk widths; staff said 10‑foot trails are planned on the east side and 6‑foot sidewalks on the west side.
