A Select Board member moved to authorize the drainage project spending “based on Glenn Greenwood’s statement that this would be an appropriate use of funds.” Another member seconded the motion; the board voted in favor.
During the discussion the board confirmed the funding source would be impact-fee accounts and identified an upper limit of $9,000 for the appropriation. The motion passed and the board instructed staff to proceed with the project using impact-fee funds within that authorization.
