Votes at a glance: Springdale council approves demolition order, appointments, permits and multiple contracts

The Springdale City Council on June 10, 2025, approved a series of ordinances, resolutions and contracts including a demolition order for a hazardous house at 836 J Lane, reappointments to the advertising and promotion commission, a waiver of competitive bidding for Parks & Recreation flooring, a private club permit for a downtown business and multiple finance and street projects. A resolution reappointing Jason Janda and Justin Cole to the Advertising and Promotion Commission carried 8–0.
