Committee members said the change aims to avoid holiday conflicts, reduce duplicate appearances by applicants and preserve time for citizens to file petition warrant articles. “I motion that we move agency grants in conjunction with the select board meeting on October 22. For any agencies that cannot attend, they are welcome to come November 13,” said Bobby Belding during the meeting; the motion passed on a roll-call vote.
