Charlie York, who presented the application, described a request to rezone approximately 134–147 acres at about 500 North and 3600 West from A-2 to R-1-15, with roughly 38 acres to be rezoned to O-1 along the river corridor. York said infrastructure challenges include extending 3600 West to county standard, providing a full secondary egress in some buildout scenarios, extending sewer to Central Weber and extending water service with Taylor West Weber; the project may require pump stations for sewer…
