Breanna Meyer, who identified her address as 7010 White Meyer Drive, told the board the county health department “recently, the entirety of the county health department received an email from 1 of their employees” that promoted an event by an organization the speaker described as the “Extremely Prison League Voters” and included a document she said was “committed to assisting illegal aliens” and contained tips on how to avoid immigration enforcement. Meyer accused the employee of using a taxpayer‑funded email account and of distributing the document during work time.
Meyer said one of the recipients was the director of the county health department and that, after the director received the message, “the director made decision to not take any action.” She called that inaction “unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable,” and said the employee should be fired and the director should face repercussions. Meyer asked county supervisors to ensure an investigation and to notify law enforcement if appropriate.
No county official response or follow‑up action was recorded on the meeting record during public comment. The board closed public input after the speaker’s remarks and moved on to the business agenda.
