During the same agenda item staff referenced a traceable form (0823242 / 03/12) and said they had discussed with Miss McCoy adding an "s" to the term "volunteers' employees" so the form could list multiple people on the same document. Carl made the motion to approve that administrative change; it was seconded and carried 5-0. The staff member said the form change was intended to reduce paperwork burden when multiple volunteers or employees need to be listed.
