The revision states that travel time for the city attorney’s attendance at regularly scheduled city‑council meetings will not be charged; travel for special meetings will be charged at a flat $250 rate; and travel time for other legal personnel traveling to City Hall will be billed at half their hourly rate.
The agreement, as amended, was authorized for signature. Staff said a revised contract reflecting the travel‑time language would be circulated and filed.
