Later in the meeting commissioners voted unanimously by nods/voice to cancel the July 15 regular meeting and establish a special meeting on July 22 to accommodate the PROS plan open-house schedule. Staff will update the public meeting calendar and post notice of the schedule change.
Motion details: The consent agenda motion (which included the excusal) was moved and seconded during the consent portion of the meeting and carried without opposition. The motion to cancel July 15 and schedule July 22 was moved and seconded later in the meeting and carried by unanimous assent.
