On vandalism, Marty said the Jersey building had been “trashed” inside and some fixtures broken; the group discussed earlier decisions to postpone full repairs and to continue using a porta‑potty at the site in the interim. He asked the committee to note that some restoration remains pending.
Committee members also discussed boat‑slip rentals and a dock investment made years earlier; one member said the dock would cost far more to replace today. Marty said routine maintenance will continue and that larger projects will be brought to the committee for funding decisions.
