The city manager told the council the changes include wording changes in the police department section, recreation fee increases tied to new minimum wage laws affecting camp and swim lessons, the addition of rental rates for the Odd (previously set by the recreation board), a change to the summer sewer discount, and a slight change in water rates of nine cents per 1,000 gallons.
Council moved to approve the fee schedule as presented; the city manager clarified that rental rates were being added to the schedule to reflect earlier approvals by the recreation board. The city manager also noted that further minor fee changes discussed previously would be considered next year because they had not been reviewed this cycle.
The council adopted the schedule by motion and voice vote.
