Chadwick described the center's activity program as "very robust," noting residents go on outings such as bowling and other off-site trips, and that the facility recently acquired a new bus. She said the courtyard and playground improvements are complete and that garden box repairs have been performed; remaining garden work will depend on bids and fundraising.
Committee members asked whether residents continue to participate in off-site activities; Chadwick confirmed they do and said the program is among the strongest she has overseen.
