Stacy Stilbein presented Policy 422 (Policies Incorporated by Reference) as a minor renumbering change (renumbering Policy 05/24 to June) and said that was the only recommended revision in that item. The committee then reviewed a group of policies with no recommended edits, including Policy 401 (Equal Employment Opportunity), Policy 408 (Subpoena of a School District Employee), Policy 403 (Discipline, Suspension and Dismissal of School District Employees) and Policy 805 (Waste Reduction and Recycling). Each of those items was designated for consent; no substantive discussion or amendments were recorded in the transcript.
Committee members asked no substantive questions on the items and marked them as consent for advancement. Staff indicated the items will proceed as consent items to the school board; the transcript shows no recorded roll‑call votes on these items at the committee level.
