Administrators said the district currently runs separate systems for finance (eFinance), timekeeping (TimeClockPlus), staff absence reporting (Frontline), and HR file management (Yellow Folder), and that pieces do not integrate smoothly. Jerry and Jeff said consolidating those systems under a single ERP should reduce staff workload, simplify reporting and auditing, and create operational efficiencies once the initial implementation cost is paid.
The board approved initiating the migration in the 2025–26 school year with full conversion to complete in 2026–27. Administrators acknowledged an up‑front implementation cost and said recurring costs should be lower after the first year. The motion passed on a recorded roll call.
