Red Oak ISD reports rising industry certifications, CTE concentrators and CCMR gains

Red Oak ISD officials told the board Tuesday that career and technical education programs produced more industry-based certifications across multiple programs this year, and that the district’s CCMR indicators increased as a result.
"The steady increase in industry based certifications ... has progressively increased, which is a good thing," CTE presenter said at the meeting, where administrators highlighted enrollment and certification counts in health science, welding, computer science and engineering programs.
