Commissioners reviewed procurement methodology and noted purchasing staff scaled proposals based on the county’s needs. Commissioner Mike Ashcraft said he had discussed evaluation methodology with procurement staff and found the cost‑based selection reasonable given the testing and price performance.
Commissioner Hanslick moved to authorize the contract; Commissioner Myers seconded. The motion passed on a roll call vote of 6–0.
