Additionally, the board approved a two‑year reimbursement arrangement for Dunes patrol operations administered through the state (Oregon Parks and Recreation Department) totaling $756,787.20. The sheriff said the reimbursement supports patrols across dune areas, including nearby lakeside trails.
All three motions passed with the board's unanimous voice votes.
