The motion to approve renewal was made by Commissioner Pavelic, seconded by Commissioner Bowen, and the court recorded votes in favor by Commissioner Bowen, Commissioner Pavelic and Commissioner Riley; Commissioner Gillespie was absent.
The auditor noted the agreement had been sent to the county attorney for approval prior to execution. The court recorded no amendments or additional conditions to the approval during the meeting.
