Atascosa County Commissioners Court on May 27 approved the final plat for the A And E Acres Subdivision on Sanctuary Road in Precinct 2 and approved several road-bore and temporary water-line permits from utility and water-supply companies.
Britney Van Curren, rural development, recommended approval of the A And E Acres final plat and told the court "Everything's done. It's ready to go." Commissioners approved the final plat by voice vote following a motion by Commissioner Bowen and a second by Commissioner Riley.
Van Curren also presented multiple road-bore and temporary water-line permits. The court approved a road-bore permit from Macquarie Water Supply Corporation on County Road 416 in Precinct 4 and three road-board permits for McCoy Water Supply Corporation across county roads in various precincts; she said the applicants "met all of our requirements." The court further approved three temporary water-line permits for Commodore Midstream Partners on County Roads 401, 407 and 447 in Precinct 4; Van Curren recommended approval in each case and the motions carried.
