Boat ramp and other capital needs: the director said stabilization of a boat ramp and parking area was under study; he reported a concrete estimate that came back near $370,000 for some boat-ramp repairs and said county crews may pursue alternatives such as surface stabilization where feasible. Separately, facilities staff and parks staff raised irrigation and well costs for new courthouse landscaping and the community plaza; commissioners suggested reviewing well integration with the city before finalizing the budget.
