Holly said the urgent-care center, described in her presentation as the county’s first “behavioral health urgent care” in the eastern part of the state, will be at 3005 Statinsburg Road, will serve children ages 4 and up as well as adults, and will have capacity for 12 people with up to 24 hours of observation.
