Smithfield approves Daniels Inc. low bid for South Third Street resurfacing

The Town of Smithfield approved a contract award to Daniels, Inc. of Garner for resurfacing South Third Street (from the 200 block of South Third Street and East Johnston Street through to U.S. 301 South).
