The plans must be submitted to MassDEP so the agency can issue a file number; the agent said the commission does not yet have that file number and provided printed copies of the updated plans for commissioners to review.
Commissioner George made the motion to continue the hearing until the file number is received; Commissioner Dave seconded. The roll‑call vote carried with all members present voting yes.
No substantive comments on the updated plans were recorded at the hearing; commissioners asked that questions be held for the next meeting when the MassDEP file number has been issued and the applicant is available to answer specifics.
The commission moved the Pettis Road item to the next monthly meeting to allow MassDEP processing and to give commissioners time to review the updated plans.
