The Edmonds City Council convened a special meeting June 6 and immediately moved into an executive session to evaluate applicants for public employment under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g), a meeting official said; the session was scheduled to run until 6:20 p.m., and the council reconvened briefly and adjourned at 6:22 p.m.
The executive session was called at the start of the special meeting.
