Jewish Community Foundation awards four grants to Chino Valley schools

Trustees of the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Prescott presented four grants to Chino Valley Unified schools during the June 16 board meeting and posed for photographs with recipients.
Michelle Sexton and Drew Diener, trustees of the Jewish Community Foundation, told the board the foundation had completed its 2025 grant cycle and was honoring requests from the district. "We have a whole envelope full of money for you guys here," Sexton said during the presentation.
Grant awards announced: Del Rio Elementary — $15,000; Heritage Middle School — $13,741.40 for athletic uniforms covering volleyball, soccer, wrestling and track; Territorial Elementary — $5,238.56 for buddy benches; and a grant for the high school (named in the packet) for athletics (amount presented during the meeting).
