Planning committee approves ordinance to solicit bids for appraisal, title and relocation services

Explaining the item, Mr. Julian, a staff member, said the city requires a range of legal documents for real estate matters filed with the county and that the ordinance would allow the city to put the work out for bid to renew the contract. “The city has a wide range of, legal documents related to real estate that we have to get, prepared and filed with the county. So this is just, entering into putting out for bids so that we can, renew that contract,” he said.
