Essex County commissioners re-elect leadership and approve reorganization resolutions

All listed resolutions were approved by roll call votes with all nine commissioners recorded as voting yes.
The nominations began with Commissioner Pat Seibold nominating Palmaris for president; Commissioner Luciano seconded the nomination. After the vote, Judge James R. Paganelli administered the oath of office to President Palmaris.
