City planning staff briefed the commission on a pending Tennyson Townhomes case that requires revisiting final plat approval after a detention pond was discovered in the wrong place relative to the recorded plat.
Staff said the preliminary plat was acceptable and had been recorded, but the detention pond location required the developer to rearrange the site and submit a new final plat. Staff told commissioners they have completed meetings and review on the required changes, but a formal application for the new final plat has not yet been submitted.
The item remains on staff’s list and will return to the commission when an application for the corrected final plat is filed.
