Miss Monson told the council the city’s CDBG allocation rose by about $1,600 compared with the previous year. She said that increase meant Meals on Wheels received approximately $247 more than the amount staff originally presented.
“...we actually got about $1,600 more this year than we did last year on our CDBG grant,” Miss Monson said, noting the resulting adjustment to subrecipients’ allocations.
Council voted to approve the resolution; Miss McKenna recused herself from that vote. The resolution authorizes the city manager to accept the HUD award and establishes the effective date for the agreement. No further appropriation details were discussed during the meeting.
