The Town and Country Board of Aldermen authorized the city administrator to execute a professional services agreement with Arch Images on June 9, approving consultant services for the municipal center and firehouse renovation project.
Aldermen voted unanimously to approve the ordinance. The item (Bill No. 25-27) authorizes the administrator to execute the professional services agreement; aldermen who asked questions did not request additional changes to the contract during the meeting.
Alderman Murphy and other board members voiced support during the roll call. The ordinance passed unanimously and becomes ordinance number 4699. Staff did not identify a financing source or present a project budget during the public portion of the agenda item; the motion was limited to authorizing execution of the consultant agreement.
The council did not amend the agreement on the floor and no additional directives were recorded in the meeting minutes. The professional services agreement will allow staff and the consultant to move forward with design and planning work for the municipal center and firehouse renovation project.
