Board members reviewed the plans and asked about porch alignment with neighboring porches, attic use, and drainage. Lawson told the board the new porch will not extend past the neighbor’s porch and that attic access and downspout locations remain consistent with current conditions. The board received no public comment and approved the application by roll call.
Staff will prepare a resolution for adoption at the next meeting and the applicant may apply for permits after the statutory posting period runs and the resolution is finalized.
