The motion to authorize installation, including any necessary pavement markings and post placement as directed by the village engineer, passed on a recorded voice vote of 4–0. The mayor asked staff to contact the engineer to determine the order and parts needed and report back with a timeframe for installation.
What’s next: the village engineer will determine signage type and any pavement markings, the clerk will place the order, and staff will return to trustees with an installation schedule and cost estimate.
