The recommendation, which passed unanimously after commissioner discussion, applies to a roughly 2.34‑acre enclave on the west side of Parker Road south of Lincoln Avenue that currently sits in unincorporated Douglas County and contains five commercial buildings. Commissioner Eliana moved to recommend approval; Commissioner Eric Rieger seconded the motion and all members present voted in favor.
