City senior planner Juan Suarez told the board the proposed replat covers about 18.72 acres and was reviewed for compliance with Chapter 177 of the Florida Statutes and the city's Chapter 30 subdivision regulations; an external engineering reviewer, Ingenuity Group, also reviewed the plat.
