The Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency confirmed at its June meeting that the Marina Village Phase 2 request‑for‑qualifications (RFQ) closes June 27 and that staff will present a timeline for the subsequent request‑for‑proposals (RFP) and selection process at the CRA’s July 9 meeting.
Executive Director Jadel Mercius told commissioners the RFQ is in place and the next step is a staff presentation at the July meeting describing the evaluation committee process, RFP schedule and selection timeline. Mercius said the RFP is expected to open in July and would remain available for about 60 days once posted; he also said JLL is drafting the RFP and staff will present a timeline when draft materials are ready.
