After returning from executive session on June 13, 2025, Scott County Fiscal Court authorized filing a lien against 108 Kimberly Cove Lane following a final ruling from a code-enforcement hearing.

Court members said a $50-per-week civil fine was imposed for the violation and directed staff to file a lien in the amount owed. If the violation is not remedied within 60 days, the court also authorized pursuing judicial remedies. The motion to file the lien and pursue further action passed on voice vote.
