The list of teachers presented for tenure included Megan Aiosa, Dharma Aloxa, Jennifer Arnold, Rosemary Baker, John Blackett, Stephanie Booth Crump, Takiyah Bunton, Brenna Butler, Wendy Katz, Karen Comer, Donnie Cook, Karen Danter, Stephanie Fortney, Jennifer Fox, Jennifer Hill, Christopher Honeycutt, Christian Ivy, Sharita Jones, Chastity Jones Barker, Nicole Kinnan, Kimberly Larkins, Natasha Mancini, Jennifer McBride Young, Susan Minnard, Colin Mize, Belinda Murchison, Blake Norton, Jesse Powell, Kemba Sears, Daniel Shelton, Kendra Smith, Heather Smith, Jacqueline Sulock, Timmy Tharp, Ashley Tucker, and Ebony Woodlands.
A board member moved to approve the group of teachers for tenure and the motion passed by voice vote.
