- Adopted Resolution No. 64‑2425, determining validity of prior proceedings, authorizing levy of special taxes within CFD No. 20 and related matters (motion by Member Carlson; second by Member Ahmad).
- Adopted Resolution No. 65‑2425, finding necessity to incur bonded indebtedness not to exceed $3,000,000, calling an election and related actions (motion by Member Herrick; second by Member Martin).
- Confirmed receipt of landowner waivers permitting a combined special tax and bond election to be held less than 125 days after the resolution of formation, and certified the election results: 5 votes in favor and 0 opposed (as election official reported; certification to be attached to Resolution No. 66‑2425).
- Adopted Resolution No. 66‑2425 canvassing the election results (motion by Member Ahmad; second by Member Carlson).
The board also presented the title of Ordinance No. 03‑24/25 authorizing the levy of a special tax within CFD No. 20 and forewent reading the full ordinance; the district said the ordinance will be presented for consideration at a future regular meeting. Staff noted that CFD No. 20 will provide school facilities funding under a school facilities funding agreement previously approved by the board on May 8, 2025. No written public protests were filed during the hearings, and staff reported no majority protest to prevent formation of the CFD.
