District approves naming-rights deal: Lambert Buick to sponsor stadium for $250,000 over 10 years

The Cuyahoga Falls Board of Education approved a sponsorship-rights agreement on June 11 that grants Lambert Buick naming rights to the district stadium for $250,000 over 10 years.
Superintendent Dr. Celico and staff said the sponsor’s name would appear on a decorative arch and gate at the stadium entrance, with letters designed to be removable so a future sponsor could replace them at the end of a sponsorship term. The district plans to use part of the sponsorship proceeds to pay for the arch and related stadium improvements.
Board members praised the private donation and said additional, smaller sponsorships and fundraising could defray construction costs for the arch and associated entry features. A roll-call vote approved the agreement with board members voting "aye." The district said it will issue a press release and coordinate a public announcement and photo opportunity with the donor.
