Town manager reports on Moraga Center pothole repairs and Rheem Shopping Center demolition for new grocery outlet

He also noted that a large, existing Comcast (Xfinity) switching station — a telecommunications facility — remains in place and was one of the project's earlier sticking points; the parties resolved those issues and the project is proceeding.
Councilmembers and staff said they would provide updates on contractor decisions and a July RecycleSmart appointment was noted as time-sensitive. No formal council action was taken; the items were informational updates.
