After reviewing proposals and qualifications, staff recommended GrantWorks for grant administration and Hibbs & Todd for engineering services. The council voted to approve the resolution authorizing award of professional service contracts to those firms for the 2025–26 Texas Community Development Block Grant project.
Council recorded the vote and the resolution was read into the record. Justin said staff will proceed with project submittal and contract execution consistent with the grant timeline.
The decision advances a water-line project contingent on grant approval and the city's required local match.
